JOIN US IN A CLUB THAT'S
JUST RIGHT FOR YOU!
HVCC is offering after-school clubs tailored to different interests so that every child feels engaged!

Your child MUST be registered for a club to attend HVCC. If your child is not registered for a club, they will need to call home to be picked up.
​
Space in each club is limited to 10 spots, so register soon! If your child registers for a club and is a no call, no show their first week, we may give their spot to another child who would want the opportunity. If your child chooses not to attend for more than 2 clubs in a row, we may also give their spot to another child who would want the opportunity. If your child's spot is given away, they are still welcome to attend, and we will place them in any club that has space!

GARDEN FRESH
K-3RD
Get ready to dig in, grow, and taste the fun! In the Garden Fresh Club, young chefs will discover how fresh food goes from garden to plate. Each week, we’ll roll up our sleeves to explore veggies, herbs, and other garden goodies—then turn them into simple, delicious meals and snacks.
TINKER TECHS
3RD + UP
Kids will explore the world of building, problem-solving, and design using blocks, magnets, gears, and more. Each session is a chance to experiment, invent, and bring big ideas to life through play and teamwork. Whether we're constructing towers, making simple machines, or testing how things move, this club is perfect for curious minds who love to tinker, build, and explore how things work!
MINI MAKERS

Calling all creative kids! In the Mini Makers Club, young artists will explore their imagination and experiment with all kinds of art. From painting and drawing to sculpture, collage, and beyond, each week brings a new way to get messy, think big, and make something totally unique.
ARTSY KIDS
3RD & UP
Let your imagination run wild! This creative space is all about self-expression, color, and fun. Kids will explore a variety of art styles and materials while learning new techniques and discovering their own unique artistic voice. Whether your child is a doodler, a dreamer, or a future Picasso, Artsy Kids is the perfect place to create, connect, and celebrate the joy of making art!

Lights, camera, action! In the Filmmakers Club, kids will step behind (and in front of!) the camera to learn the magic of movie-making. From brainstorming ideas and writing scripts to filming scenes and adding special effects, they'll get hands-on experience bringing their stories to life.
MUSIC WITH MEL
K-3RD
Get ready to make some noise! In Music With Mel, kids will join Melody for a fun-filled musical adventure where rhythm, creativity, and imagination take center stage. Through singing, dancing, and hands-on activities, they'll learn how to turn everyday objects into instruments and discover that music can be made anywhere.

We will typically take kiddos on field trips from 12-4 PM!
WALKING CLUB
ALL AGES
Let’s get moving together! In the Walking Club, kids will enjoy fresh air, friendly conversations, and fun while getting their steps in. Whether we’re exploring the neighborhood, counting nature finds, or just walking and talking, this club is a great way to stay active, build friendships, and enjoy the outdoors.
FRIDAY FUN CLUB
ALL AGES
It’s the best way to end the week - Friday Fun Club! This club is all about free play, friendship, and fun. Kids can choose from a variety of games, crafts, building toys, and more in a relaxed, open-ended environment.
